What Kind of Experience Does Your Company Have?
Our drivers are all experienced in handling and caring for your horse. Our cross country drivers have a minimum of 5 years experience. Most have 10-30 years. The experience of our drivers and staff is most significant. There is no substitute for experience when it comes to safety. Morningstar has NO drivers without significant horse experience.
What Should I Provide For My Horse's Trip?
Horses are fed alfalfa unless owner requests otherwise. Any grain feed should be provided by owner, but is not recommended. Leg wraps are not provided for your horses journey. An owner may wrap a horse's leg if desired. If wraps come loose they will not be re-applied.
How Secure Will My Horse Be?
All Horses are tied on both sides unless in a box stall. Stalls are floored with rubber and bedded with straw.
What Does Your Company Do For Layovers?
Our layover facilities across the country have all been inspected and are used regularly. They are provided with 24 hrs care and Veterinary assistance is also available in case of emergencies.
What Is Your Capability Of Loading And Unloading?
Our loading ramps are capable of loading off the ground or by chute. Trailers are also well lit for evening drops.
